Qualified as a solicitor February 2001 Email: Click Here Albert is Head of our Private Immigration Department and has been practising immigration and human rights law for over two decades, with an emphasis on obtaining the outcomes clients are looking for, often by thinking outside the box. He has Level 2 Immigration and Asylum Law Accreditation from the Law Society. Albert’s legal practice also incorporates business structures (including partnerships and companies), contract, commercial conveyancing and licensing. This additional experience ensures that he is able to advise on immigration matters, with the benefit of being able to integrate advice on linked areas. Albert has been interviewed on television regarding various issues including Brexit and also the Minimum Income Threshold Supreme Court case for spouses bringing partners to the UK. Albert has been a guest speaker and panel member at Birkbeck University discussion weekend on Brexit. Further he has given talks and written articles for UK 200 on various business immigration law matters. Albert represented among others, residents of Dale Farm in Human Rights application in the Administrative Court and Court of Appeal. This broad knowledge ensures that he is able to advise in relation to immigration with the advantage of giving advice in the context of business related issues. |
