Our Team

Howe+Co helps individuals and unions with compromise agreements in relation employment disputes which require settlement without proceeding to an Employment Tribunal.

We do not conduct cases before Employment Tribunals for individuals or companies.

We provide advice on compromise agreements (sometimes called settlement agreements) with employers on a fixed rate basis. Our flat rate charge is £500 plus VAT.  In many cases, your employer will make a contribution towards your legal costs.
