Our complaints process

We are sorry that you have not had the service that you are expecting from us, and wish to ensure that this is resolved as quickly as possible. Below we have set out our complaints process and how we will deal with your case. 
Howe & Co values you as a client and we aim to offer all of our clients an efficient and effective service.  If you have any problem with the service we have provided for you then please let us know.  We will try to resolve any problem quickly and we operate an internal complaints handling system to help us within the firm.  In the first instance please contact your fee earner. If you remain dissatisfied with the complaint, then please contact our complaints handling partner is Mr Kieran O’Rourke who can be contacted at the above address, by email or on 0208 8404688.

If for any reason we are unable to resolve the problem between us, then we are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority which also provides an independent complaints and redress scheme.

You also have the right to make a complaint at any stage to the Legal Ombudsman are: Legal Ombudsman, PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ.
