Vibration White Finger (VWF)

If during your employment you operated vibratory tools, and you are now experiencing pain, and discoloration of your fingers then you may be suffering from VWF. If you are diagnosed with this condition then you may be entitled to compensation.
The operating of vibratory tools is the main cause of this condition. These tools will include air driven tools, large drills, grinders, sanders, strimmers, and road breakers (also known as jigger picks). Basically any tools that create a vibration when using them.
Symptoms to watch for will be coldness in the fingers, numbness, tingling, and pain in the fingers. This will be especially prevalent in cold weather.
If you are suffering from any of theses symptoms then you may be suffering from VWF, and entitled to compensation.
