Back to Immigration
We represent a wide number of clients from a large number of countries assisting them to make claims for asylum in the England and Wales.

In all cases the Home Office must consider your asylum claim. However they do not need to consider it in full if you have previously claimed asylum, and they do not need to give you a right of appeal in certain circumstances.

Legal aid may be available to you to pursue a claim for asylum. Our Immigration solicitors will be able to advise you on the merits of your claim, likely compensation available and whether or not you will qualify for Legal Aid.

If you do not qualify for Legal Aid we may be able to assist you on a private basis.
