Howe+Co was established in February 1991, specialising personal injury claims.
Unlike many firms, we use legally qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives to deal with your claims to try and ensure that you get the best advice and assistance possible. We can handle your claim under your legal expenses insurance policy or under a Conditional Fee Agreement “no win no fee agreement”. Many legal expenses panel firms will send you to large organisations that use Clerks and Paralegals rather than legally qualified staff to keep their costs down. You do not have to accept this and have the right to choose your own legal representation. All of our staff are Members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. This is a non-profit making organisation which exists to fight for the rights of injured people. The time limit for making a claim is usually three years from the date of the accident, if you are an adult at the time the accident occurred. Different time limits apply if you were under the age of 18 or a person under a disability at the time the accident occurred.
