16 June 2017 - Announcement of emergency grants by May of £5 mil and to re-house within 3 weeks
17 June 2017 - Fire is extinguished
19 June 2017 – Number of people dead or presumed missing risen to 79
23 June 2017 – Announced Hotpoint freezer model FF175BP started fire
23 June 2017 – Georgia Gould to clear 600 flats in Camden Chalcots estate
25 June 2017 – David Lammy tweets and calls for corporate manslaughter charges to be brought.
26 June 2017 – Alok Sharma on Today Programme ‘if their immigration status wasn’t completely clear they may have concerns about coming forward, there may have been sub-tenancies we’ve been very clear that we will not act in any way against these people’
26 June 2017 – reports of Arconic to stop global sales of Reynobond PE for use in high-rise applications

12 July 2017 - A twelve-year old survivor is revealed to have been treated for cyanide poisoning as a result of inhaling toxic fumes from burning insulation.
14 July 2017 - Survivors hold silent march past site of Grenfell Tower fire.
17 July 2017 - Jeremy Corbyn calls for Theresa May to broaden the public inquiry.
20 July 2017 - Experts from 9/11 investigation hired to identify victims.
28 July 2017 - Total number of high-rise blocks to have failed Department for Communities and Local Government tests reaches 70.
7 August 2017 - Director of Public Prosecutions Alison Saunders refuses to rule out criminal prosecutions against individuals or companies.
10 August 2017 - Four tower blocks on Ledbury Estate, Peckham, evacuated after failing safety checks conducted in wake of the Grenfell Tower fire.
