Kieran specialises in exceptionally complex commercial matters. Kieran has represented a large number of clients and was recognised as "Lawyer of the Week" by the Times newspaper for his work in a ground breaking discrimination case.
Kieran was the solicitor who acted in the case before the European Court of Justice in relation to European freedom of movement rights (McCarthy). He has also acted before the High Court and Court of Appeal in numerous defamation and privacy cases. Kieran devoted considerable time and energy to the successful challenge to the historic injustice caused by the Governments treatment of British Army Gurkha soldiers. He is currently working on the Grenfell Tower fire Public Inquiry. |
