Our Company
Howe+Co is based in Brentford, Middlesex and was established in February 1991 by our Senior Partner, Martin Howe.
We have conducted many ground breaking and high profile cases, probably our best known campaign and case involved the successful legal challenge brought by the British Army Gurkha soldiers who sought the right to live and settle in the United Kingdom. We founded the Gurkha Justice Campaign alongside the actress Joanna Lumley, who was in court alongside us on the day we won the Gurkha Judicial Review legal challenge. Our campaign won “Human Rights Campaign of the Year” in 2009. Please see our Campaign Page or our news page for the most up to date information on our current high-profile cases.
All our lawyers continue to ensure they are up to date on the key areas of law they work in. Many are members of professional associations such as, the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, members of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association, members of “Liberty” (the leading human rights organisation), and other organisations representing individual and group rights.
Our fundamental motivation is to help clients, whether they are individuals, corporations or organisations, and provide an outstanding level of personal service.
